James C. Todderud

Mr. Todderud has been the Chief Executive Officer of Chancellor’s Learning Systems, Inc., since 2000. Jim led a group of investors in the purchase of Chancellors as well as Medical Career Development Centers, Inc., in 2002. Jim has been a practicing attorney since 1988, and was previously a tax partner at Arthur Young and Company as well as KMG Main Hurdman. Mr. Todderud has been active in the entrepreneurial community over the last 15 years as an investor and an operator of a number of small businesses. Jim has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Indiana University and a J.D. degree from Indiana University Law School. Mr. Todderud is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Indiana.
