Joseph H. Broecker

Mr. Broecker is the Chairman and a Senior Managing Director of Periculum Capital Company, LLC, a private investment and merchant banking company concentrating in the Midwestern geographic market since 1998. Periculum places its major emphasis on mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt financing for middle market companies. He was previously Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Investment Banking at NatCity Investments, Inc., which is the securities subsidiary of National City Bank. National City is a large regional investment banking and brokerage firm and acquired Mr. Broecker’s predecessor firm, Raffensperger, Hughes and Company, Inc., in 1996. Joe has served in several senior executive capacities in the medical device and diagnostics field with Boehringer Mannheim and its predecessor, Bio-Dynamics, Inc. Joe is also a partner in several venture capital partnerships and serves as a director of a number of public and private companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and an Executive MBA from Indiana University.
